Our Story….
Forest Freedom was created by 2 Mumpreneur friends,
Heidi and Jo.
Heidi, a Primary School teacher and Level 3 Forest School Leader and Jo, a local resident who has worked in Leisure, Hospitality and Tourism Senior management for the past 20 years (a trainee Level 3 Forest School leader.) They felt there was a real need for an independent Forest School, so everyone had the chance to experience the benefits of Forest School, as sadly many schools and nurseries are unable to offer it (or those who can do it, just love it, and want more!). We developed outdoor learning that could really deliver the true Forest School ethos, without any time or curriculum restraints. Their own children also loved Forest School. So Forest Freedom was born – a Forest School for all!
